![]() ![]() Our mission at Commercial Audio Systems is to sustain growth, both personally and professionally, with the success brought about from repeat business and the relationships we establish with satisfied customers in delivering communication and entertainment services which are known for their quality and value. ![]() Commercial Audio Systems has been in business since 1983. The parent company, Wizard Electronics, Inc. has been in business since 1974. ![]() We are a registered Georgia Corporation that is privately owned. ![]() Please contact our office directly for financial information. ![]() Commercial Audio Systems designs, installs, and services communications and entertainment systems throughout the Southeast, with in-house personnel. We perform the same work throughout the entire United States using a developed network of qualified sub-contractors. In the cases where we use sub-contractors, our personnel are on-site for final inspection and system tune-up. ![]() Our facility consists of two leased, and connecting buildings. These buildings occupy 15,200 square feet and are divided into four sections. Section one houses our sales, administrative, design, and field service personnel. Section two houses our service department which employs 6 technicians, a parts department, and service administrative personnel. Section three is our warehouse where we stock all of the equipment associated with our line of work. The warehouse also includes staging areas for active installations. Section four houses our post-production recording studio and Compact Disk mastering facility. ![]() Commercial Audio Systems is an equal opportunity employer hiring only personnel having proven experience and dedication, with commitment to the trade and their career. Each service technician and system installer must have a minimum of three years experience in their related field to qualify as a potential Commercial employee. In many instances, we hire apprentices to work along side of our experienced personnel. Apprentices have traditionally been brought on-board for the duration of projects that require additional assistance. Those who prove to have the basic skills, are eager to learn, and show dedication to providing our clients with quality work are periodically offered full time positions with the company. ![]() The company's founder, Mr. N. Cole Harrison III, studied electrical engineering at Middle Ga. College, worked in aviation communications for six years with the U.S. Navy, and attends continuing education classes at The Ga. Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Audio Engineering Society, is on the board of advisors at DEMA, (Disc Jockey Equip Mfg's Association) and Digital Mix Magazine, is a member of both NAMM and NSCA, and has participated for hundreds of hours in design and technical seminars. With over 25 years experience on the job, he is trained in the use of various computer aided acoustic analyzation systems, such as TEF and Modeler. He is also an experienced user of ORCAD and AUTOCAD design programs which are used throughout the services that we provide. In addition to special engineering projects, such as the Centennial Olympic Fountain in Atlanta, he has pioneered and holds patents on state-of-the-art audio visual point-of-purchase advertising systems, recently tested for a major oil company, throughout Georgia and Florida. All engineering, except for structural endorsements, is performed in-house. ![]() All in-field service and installation personnel wear collared shirts, company identification name tag, with picture ID, cuffed pants and black shoes. Each employee is outfitted with a digital two-way radio, which links them to our dispatch office. ![]() Our business goal is to build and maintain a solid revenue base from repeat business with satisfied customers. Deliver reliable and responsive service after the sale. ![]() Whether your requirement is for consultation, design, installation, training, or service, our work is executed in precise stages. Each stage has check points that are monitored by our services coordinator, to ensure compliance. Once a project is completed and ready for sign-off, we perform a punch list walk-thru with the customer. At this stage, we review system operation and check for any remaining details that need attention. At all times during our work, strict attention is paid to compliance with all National, State, and Local codes that govern our work. ![]() We have a small fleet of Ford and Dodge Vans, (white with identifying logo). Each carries maximum liability, as well as inland-marine (contents) insurance. In addition, each vehicle is enrolled in a regular monthly maintenance program. ![]() Our standard warranty is 2 years covering all materials and workmanship. Many of the manufacturers, who's equipment we represent, warranty their equipment for 5 years. Our service department supports that and is a registered manufacturer's warranty service center for all of the products that we sell. Service turn-around time, if required, is same-day in most cases.
